My First Attempt in Making Sushi

Yup, I dunno why suddenly I wanna try to make sushi, and without much preparation, I made my very special original sushi for the very first time this morning!! With no knowledge or recipe on how to make sushi, I just tried my luck and hopefully they are edible... Heheee...

Here are the things tt I used to make them:

1 bowl of glutton rice, 2 packs of sea weed, 1 pack of Japanese "abon" mixed spices, 1 egg, fishball, beef, fish, prawn and quill egg.

First I put salt and pepper on all the "toppings" tt I used, then I fried them with butter... Hmm... It's not easy, and I was struggling... Hahaa... After my first attempt, I hated it and I asked my maid to fry the rest of the meat and the egg... Hehee... =p

Then I mixed the rice with the instant japanese "abon" (seaweed, wasabi, seeds, unknown spices, etc) to give them some flavours... And I rolled the rice, put the meat on top of it and wrapped them with the sea weed... And here is the final result:

I managed to make 15 pieces of sushi!!! Hahaaa... The taste? hmmm... It's for me to know and for you to find out! =p Heheee... But all I can say is tt it's very unique, I never tasted anything like tt before, and most importantly, THEY ARE EDIBLE... In fact we managed to eat finish all of them!!! Huahahaa...
